testing by clocking the fastest time in Valencia. Webber's time was
superior to former Williams driver Ralf Schumacher and Michael

new drivers Jaguar Racing hoped to finally score some good results. The
2002 R3 performed well in the last couple of races and Jaguar hoped to
continue that line with the R4 but was unsuccessful.

by an-all new Cosworth engine, which was both lighter and more powerful
